Contract IT Service & Operations Support Manager

We are looking for Contract IT Service & Operations Support Manager.

You will be involving…

• Manage and deliver assigned ITSM and IT Operations initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of ITSM processes and workflows.

• Investigate service issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.

• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate change approvals.

• Maintain accuracy and up-to-date of CMDB records and automate the update via discovery tool such as BMC ADDM, etc.

• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities, including ISO 27001 requirements.

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service performance statistics.

We are looking for…

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline.

• 10+ years experiences in ITSM process & governance with supervisory level in he past 3 years.

• Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

• Professional IT qualification is preferred (e.g. ITIL, PMP, BMC, etc.)

• Fluent Cantonese, good Mandarin and English
