Contract Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support in business transformation, system implementation and operational improvement projects
• Assist senior BA to conduct interviews and workshops with operation teams to capture business needs;
• Analyse end-to-end financial workflows to identify process bottlenecks, control gaps and propose optimization opportunities
• Translate business challenges into structured business requirement documents (BRD) for development teams
• Support in system enhancement, migration and digital transformation projects for financial platforms.
• Assist in UAT, maintain project trackers and prepare regular status reports, and coordinate issue resolution
• Assist in preparing user training materials and conduct basic system training for business users
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or other related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant work experience in BA/ banking operations is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experienced in data analysis, business modeling, or systems analysis
• Proficient in SQL Queries, Advanced Excel skills Macros, Pivot tables, Python
• Self motivated with good active listening, critical thinking, proactive learning attitude and structured documentation abilities
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage)
• Immediate availability is preferred
