- Provide day to day leadership, coaching and feedback to team members while supporting capability development and cross training.
- Monitor customer SLAs and KPIs, ensuring operational performance is visible, accurate and consistently managed.
- Lead the resolution of operational issues and customer escalations, maintaining ownership until the issue is closed.
- Investigate service failures and recurring issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate reporting across service, productivity, cost, risk and operational performance.
- Support customer onboarding, operational changes, tenders and proposals with accurate operational input.
- Work closely with transport partners to manage capacity, performance, bookings and service requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure operations comply with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, company procedures and applicable Australian legislation.
