In this role, you'll be a key guardian of system stability, proactively monitoring for any malfunctions and stepping in to resolve issues before they impact operations. - Test new system features prior to being deployed into the UAT and Production environments;
- Monitor EDI messages between WMS and other Systems
What we would like you to bring
- Independent and team-oriented work style;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
- IT educational background or equivalent technical experience, combined with strong logistics operations knowledge;
- Knowledge of any WMS (Warehouse Management System); experience as a WMS Superuser with the ability to configure and maintain system settings is strongly preferred;
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL;
- Know-how of EDI;
- Availability to work in shifts, with flexibility to support on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage when required;
