Contract Management (IT Background) - Job Description

Role: Contract Management Analyst / Contract Associate (IT Contracts)

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage IT services contracts, outsourcing agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, Work Orders, and Amendments.
• Perform contract abstraction and metadata extraction from executed agreements.
• Identify, extract, and track contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and SLAs.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure document governance.
• Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities from initiation to renewal/termination.
• Review contract terms related to service levels, pricing, liability, indemnity, termination, and compliance.
• Provide contract interpretation and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Track compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
• Conduct risk assessment and identify contractual gaps.
• Coordinate with Legal, Delivery, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, and change requests.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Utilize CLM tools for contract administration and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and contract management transformation initiatives.
