Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and bid evaluations.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, certifications, and payments.
• Handle claims, EOTs, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, billing, and project teams.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare commercial MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• MBA/PG Diploma in Construction Management (Preferred).

Experience:

• 2–8 years in building construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, township, hotel, or industrial projects.
