Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Support pre- and post- contract administration in line with company standards
• Prepare cost plans and conduct financial analysis for construction and engineering projects
• Manage procurement for consultancy services and construction works, including invitation and tender documentation
• Evaluate tenders, payment applications, variation claims and final accounts in a timely manner
• Develop annual budgets and implement cost control strategies
• Generate cost control reports throughout project lifecycles
• Administer in-house minor projects and term contracts
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• With at least 6 years of solid experience in contract administration and procurement procedures
• Membership in HKIS or RICS is a plus
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures
• Proactive, well-organised and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills
• Willing to travel occasionally as required by project needs
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Contract Manager
