Contract Manager

About the Role

As the Contract Management Manager , you will oversee, lead, and evaluate the effectiveness of a workflow operations team.

You will be responsible for maintaining accountability for request fulfillment, monitoring service delivery, assessing operational performance, managing risks, and ensuring teams have the resources needed to deliver effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall success and effectiveness of service delivery for an assigned workflow.
• Review operational performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of team leads and individual influencers.
• Maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process for a specific workflow.
• Ensure teams have the necessary resources to perform delivery activities.
• Monitor and track events, identify potential risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and escalate when necessary.
• Assess the feasibility of proposed problem resolutions, considering resource availability and potential schedules.
• Review and approve appropriate workarounds and resolutions.
• Lead and manage complex workflow operations teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or contract law experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, BPO, or another customer-service-focused industry.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of contracting concepts.
• Ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working with vendor contracts.
• Experience drafting and amending standard contract templates.
• Proven ability to handle customer communications and issues with a customer-oriented approach.
• Experience managing complex teams.
