Contract Manager

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial and project teams for high‑rise and mixed‑development projects in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

1.Progress claims & VO — Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

2.Contract administration — Manage contract documentation, correspondence, and compliance

3.Cost & tender work — Perform quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and tender preparation

4.Stakeholder coordination — Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

5.Documentation control — Maintain proper records, filing, and commercial documentation

6.Site verification — Conduct site measurement and verification when required

7.Business correspondence — Strong written communication skills in English are required; ability to write in Chinese is an advantage

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Strong understanding of measurement, costing, and contract basics

• Proficiency in Cubicost (Glodon) is a MUST

• Proficient in Microsoft office including but not limited to Excel and Word

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
