JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for Contract Management, Claims, Variations and Payment Applications
• Review and manage Subcontractor Contract Documents
• Coordinate contractual matters with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Familiarity with PAM Contract, FIDIC or other standard forms of contract will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Claims, Variations, Payments and Subcontractor Management
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
