The Opportunity We’re seeking a full commercial team to deliver a $500M 150 BTS apartment development on the North Shore & $300M BTS development in City.

You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers- contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favourable terms.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
• Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5-10 years of construction experience
• Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M
• Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management and construction management software Jobpac, Cheops
