Contract Manager

ISS is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the public precinct contract, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction, and team success. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a large-scale, high-profile service environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading contract operations and service delivery across the precinct.
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
• Managing P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, and commercial outcomes.
• Driving workforce planning, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
• Championing safety, compliance, and governance standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large operational, facilities management, or integrated services contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, and risk management.
• Current Driver Licence.
