Contract Manager

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in contract management within construction projects. Proven experience managing major construction and MEP contracts in the UAE. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of construction contracts. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field. Professional certification in Contract Management or Commercial Management is an advantage. Membership of a recognized professional body such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is preferred. Manage and administer construction and MEP contracts from commencement through completion. Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, specifications, and commercial obligations. Manage claims, variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and contractual notices. Monitor contractual compliance and identify commercial and contractual risks. Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual correspondence, amendments, and agreements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and legal/commercial departments. Support the resolution of contractual disputes and commercial issues. Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for claims, variations, and contractual matters. Provide contractual and commercial advice to project management and senior management. Monitor subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with main contract requirements.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
