  • Support the identification and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks.
  • Maintain proper contractual records and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Contracts Department on key contractual and commercial matters.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of relevant Contracts / Commercial experience within the Oil & Gas, Offshore or Energy industry.
  • FPSO project experience is mandatory, with hands-on experience supporting or managing contracts on FPSO projects.
  • Strong experience with EPC / EPCI contracts, including contract administration, review, negotiation and management.
  • Strong shipyard experience and understanding, ideally with FPSO, offshore fabrication, conversion, integration or shipbuilding projects.

  • Proven experience in drafting and developing contractual clauses, amendments and contractual provisions.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, with experience negotiating with clients, EPC/EPCI contractors, shipyards, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Experience managing variations, change orders, claims, contractual notices and commercial issues.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between contractual requirements and actual project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, well versed in English and Mandarin.
