Contract Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and amend various types of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assess contract risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the contract period and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Ensure that all contracts adhere to internal processes and external regulations; conduct regular audits of contract performance.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
• Participate in negotiations, representing the company’s interests to achieve favorable terms.
• Analyze contract performance and outcomes, preparing reports for management to support decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale construction contracts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex contract terms.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in office software and contract management systems.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
