Contract Manager

We are working with a hyper-scaling technology company seeking a Contract Manager to support it's sales and go-to-market operations. Candidates should have the demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of contracts within a high growth environment. Candidates should have experience working closely with fast-moving sales and business teams. The right person will act as a true extension of the in-house team - highly available, business-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a high-volume environment.

This is a 6-month contract.

Role: Contract Manager

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $70 - $90 / hour ($140,000 - $180,000 annualized)

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial legal work in a high-volume, nuanced environment
• Provide reliable overflow coverage with strong availability and responsiveness
• Handle high-volume go-to-market/sales contracting, including order forms, MSAs, and similar commercial agreements.
• Primary need is support for existing deal volume and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
• Ironclad experience is helpful but not required; this is end-user work rather than backend administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B legal experience managing commercial and technology agreements
• Experience at growth-stage or scaling technology companies, ideally supporting sales and GTM teams
• High EQ and strong communication skills in fast-moving environments
• Sound judgment - willing to ask questions, raise concerns, and avoid overconfidence
• Strong discretion and professionalism
