CONTRACT MANAGER – BTECH CIVIL ENGINEERING

An established EME based in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a BTech in Civil Engineering and a valid LIC Certificate to manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, contracts, site activities and project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

BTech Degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid LIC Certificate.
Proven experience in contract and construction management.
Experience managing civil engineering projects, contractors and subcontractors.
Ability to manage project programmes, costs, quality and resources.
Knowledge of construction contracts, specifications, health and safety requirements.
Strong reporting, coordination and client liaison skills.

Supporting Documents Required

Updated CV.
BTech Civil Engineering certificate.
Valid LIC Certificate.
Relevant competency and training certificates.
Proof of previous contract/construction management experience.
