Contract Manager

Join IJM Group's Industry Division as a Contract Manager, where you'll leverage your contract management expertise to oversee contractual obligations, manage client relationships, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance while supporting business growth for one of Malaysia's most respected companies.

Your Impact:

• To source, interview and nominate suitable subcontractors and issue LOA to subcontractors
• To comply to Contract Department Procedure and shall comply to rules and regulations
• Good subcontractor & staff management skills and have a strong subcontractor network in architectural finishing, civil, M&E
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• High commitment, ambitious, and energetic

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• Minimum qualification in Construction Contract Department or QS
• At least 5-7 years of working experience
• Have a good subcontractors network especially in architectural finishing tasks
