Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Lead the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction, design, consultancy, procurement, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

Tendering & Procurement Support

• Participate in tender planning, bid evaluation, and contractor/consultant selection processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to prepare RFPs, RFQs, and tender packages.
• Review commercial and technical submissions to ensure contract compliance.

Engineering & Project Coordination

• Collaborate with engineering, design, project management, and legal teams throughout project execution.
• Review technical specifications and ensure contractual requirements align with project scope.
• Provide contract guidance during construction and development phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, FIDIC knowledge is a must

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in contracts management, construction management, or commercial management within real estate development.
