CONTRACT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contract/Quantity Surveying (QS) Department.
• Oversee project costing, budgeting, and overall commercial performance.
• Monitor and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), payment certification, and contract administration.
• Lead subcontractor negotiations and handle all contractual matters.
• Supervise the QS team to ensure smooth and compliant commercial operations across projects.
• Prepare and present commercial reports and updates for Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Contract Management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project costing, and tendering processes.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyse financial and commercial data effectively.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
