Primary Function

Overall management of client warehouse service contracts, manpower deployment, operational performance, client satisfaction, compliance, cost control, and contract profitability

II. JOB PURPOSE

The Contract Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operational performance, manpower management, client relationship, compliance, and commercial performance of assigned FMCG warehouse service contracts.

The position serves as the primary operational link between SWC Management, the client, and the deployed workforce, ensuring that contractual obligations, manpower requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, safety requirements, and company policies are consistently achieved.

The Contract Manager shall ensure that assigned contracts are operationally compliant, financially viable, service-driven, and aligned with client requirements, while proactively identifying operational risks, manpower concerns, billing issues, and opportunities for service improvement.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Contract Management

• Manage the complete operational implementation of assigned client contracts.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the service agreement.
• Review contract scope, manpower requirements, service deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, pricing, and operational obligations.
• Monitor contract expiration dates, extensions, amendments, and renewal requirements.
• Coordinate with management regarding contract interpretation and operational concerns.
• Ensure that services delivered are within the approved contract scope.
• Identify potential contractual risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain complete and updated contract-related records and documentation.

B. FMCG Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse manpower operations and service delivery.
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, inventory support, housekeeping, and other assigned activities.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and manpower utilization.
• Ensure that deployed personnel comply with client warehouse procedures.
• Monitor operational bottlenecks, delays, manpower shortages, and service interruptions.
• Coordinate with client warehouse management regarding daily operational requirements.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring operational issues.
• Ensure continuity of operations during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, and volume surges.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is highly preferred.

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
• Contract management
• Warehouse operations
• FMCG
• Logistics
• Manpower services
• 3PL operations
• Supply chain
• Client/account management
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity is preferred.
