Job Description

AV Securitas Company is seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Contract Manager to oversee client contracts, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure the effective delivery of security services. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client contracts from commencement to completion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Monitor contract performance to ensure agreed service standards are consistently met.

• Coordinate with operations and security teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Handle client complaints, resolve issues promptly, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for contract renewals, business growth, and improved service delivery.

• Prepare contract reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.

• Conduct client visits and follow up on service delivery where necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in contract management, operations, client relationship management, or a related field.

• A degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple contracts and work effectively under pressure.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and operational supervision when required.

Salary

₦150,000 monthly.
