• 商务合同（销售）的全生命周期管理能力与经验，包括起草、谈判、补充、修订、签署、履约跟进、台账管理、关闭等；The ability and experience in managing the entire lifecycle of business contracts (sales), including drafting, negotiation, supplementation, revision, signing, follow-up on performance, ledger management, closure, etc.; 2.商务谈判能力与经验，包括制定报价模型、组织谈判、交付回款，以及处理合同履约、项目执行过程中的各类商务事宜；The ability and experience in business negotiations, including formulating quotation models, organizing negotiations, delivering payments, and handling various business matters during contract performance and project execution; 3.熟悉民用飞机产品（部件或系统）研发制造流程，具有与主机厂的谈判沟通经验，有EWIS专业知识及与COMAC项目经验者优先；Familiarity with the R&D and manufacturing process of civil aircraft products (components or systems), with negotiation and communication experience with OEMs, and those with EWIS expertise and COMAC project experience are preferred; 4.熟悉各类商务相关的知识，包括回款预结算、发票与税务、基础财务概念、招投标等；Familiarity with various business-related knowledge, including pre-settlement of payments, invoices and taxation, basic financial concepts, bidding and tendering, etc.; 5.极强的沟通、组织、协调能力，熟悉项目管理；Extremely strong communication, organization and coordination skills, familiar with project management; 6.熟练运用各类办公软件，能够快速高效处理各类文本工作；Proficient in using various office software, able to quickly and efficiently handle various text work; REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or Production Administration, or equivalent / 机械，航天工程或生产管理专业学士学位
• Typically has up to 1 year of working experience on contract management / 至少1年合同管理工作经验
• Ability to effectively communicate and work within team environment / 有效沟通与团队合作精神
• Advanced ability to work with MS Office computer applications / 良好的运用办公软件能力
• Advanced communication skills (Written and verbal) / 优异的沟通交流能力
• Advanced problem-solving skills / 良好的解决问题能力
• Fluent in English (Written and verbal) / 流利的英文口语与书面表达能力
