Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to provide commercial and contractual leadership across project-driven IFM and construction activities.

Roles & Responsibility

• Review and negotiate contracts, amendments and subcontracts.
• Identify contractual risks, opportunities, obligations and notice requirements.
• Manage variations, claims, counterclaims and dispute resolution.
• Provide contractual support to bids, project teams and senior management.
• Maintain contract records, registers, correspondence and close-out controls.
• Protect project profitability, revenue and cash flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant legal or commercial discipline.
• At least ten years of contract-management experience in project-driven IFM and/or construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, contractual risk and commercial administration.
• Proven experience in claims, change management, dispute resolution and subcontract administration.
• Strong negotiation, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
