We're supporting a well-established organisation delivering critical services into the clients across the UK, and they're looking for a Contract Manager to join their commercial team.

This role sits at the heart of major customer accounts, helping to manage contract changes, service transitions and commercial governance. You'll work with operational, technical and finance teams to assess the impact of customer requests, support decision-making, and ensure the contract remains commercially sustainable.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing contractual and commercial activities across complex contracts
• Reviewing service changes, transition plans and exit requests
• Assessing commercial, operational and financial impacts
• Working with delivery, engineering, finance and programme teams to coordinate responses
• Producing reports, impact assessments and governance updates
• Building strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Experience in contract, commercial or bid management within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of contract governance and change control
• Ability to analyse commercial and financial impacts of contractual changes
• Confident stakeholder management skills
• Strong written communication, reporting and organisational abilities

Nice to have:

• Public Sector contract management experience
• Knowledge of service transition or exit planning
• Experience with pricing models and contract amendments
• Relevant commercial, contract management or project management qualifications
