As we actively expand our footprint into new global markets, we are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to optimize our supply chain, secure premier partnerships, and build a robust network of international vendors.

Role Overview

As our Contracts Manager, you will lead the end-to-end procurement and vendor contracting lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing world-class venues, AV suppliers, production partners, and other critical event suppliers across all current markets and expansion territories.

Your mission is to leverage your industry network and negotiation expertise to secure premium quality at competitive rates, ensuring seamless operational delivery as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Vendor Sourcing: Identify, vet, and secure top-tier venues, AV suppliers, and event production partners in existing markets and new expansion territories.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead all commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, flexible cancellation policies, and favorable payment terms.
• Contract Administration: Manage the end-to-end contract process, ensuring standard commercial terms, deliverables, and service levels are clearly defined and met.
• Cost Optimization: Manage budgets tightly, drive cost savings, and conduct price benchmarking across different global markets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with major international hotel groups, convention centers, and technical suppliers.
• Market Expansion Support: Research upcoming regions to map out vendor capabilities, local pricing structures, and logistical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of procurement, vendor management, or commercial contracts experience specifically within the event management, hospitality, or MICE industry .
• Negotiation Mastery: Proven track record of negotiating high-value commercial deals with major venues, hotel chains, and AV/technical suppliers.
• Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of event logistics, venue operational requirements, and standard vendor contract workflows.
• Global Mindset: Experience managing cross-border suppliers and navigating international business dynamics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen with excellent skills in budget tracking and commercial risk evaluation.
• Communication: Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
