What they need
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising contract terms.
- Negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensuring contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
- Monitoring contract performance, deadlines, KPIs, and obligations.
- Managing contract variations, change control, claims, and disputes.
- Maintaining accurate contractual records and documentation
- Coordinating with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams
- Conducting contract audits and ensuring compliance.
- Training and supervising contract administration staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree of Engineering course ( Mechanical or Electrical)
with 3-4 years of experience in a Managerial position
experience working in a gas & oil industry
knowledgeable the turn around activities in a gas & oil industry
can handle pressures onsite
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
