Contract Officer- Accounting and Valuation

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations in relation to preparing the portfolio valuation and financial statements for designated portfolios and various types of funds such as SFC authorized funds, retirement funds, Cayman private equity funds, etc
• Assist in fund audit and arrange the relevant documents and confirmation
• Prepare and design investment compliance checklist as required by the funds
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational processes and control to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
• Perform ad-hoc project and assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fund industry
• Experience in Cayman Private Equity Fund and MPF / ORSO Funds’ operation is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
