Contract Operator (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This role involves managing purchasing operations, supporting contract processes, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing operations, including contract documentation and administrative processes
• Support contract signing processes and ensure all required approvals are completed
• Handle payment processes and coordinate with the Finance team
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure smooth execution
• Assist in handling logistics-related cost calculations when required
• Ensure all processes are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company procedures

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Chinese Literature, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields
• Fresh graduates welcome, with internship or exposure in procurement/purchasing/logistics preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin (minimum conversational for daily work) and English
• Familiar with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas)
