Contract Pharmacist-in-Charge

We are seeking a MS licensed pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for our Montana mail order pharmacy license.

This is a contract role and does not require full-time employment or on-site work.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for our Montana mail order pharmacy license.
• Must be licensed in Mississippi
• Ensure compliance with the Montana Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Oversee appropriate documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling.
• Ensure records accurately identify Montana patients, the legend products dispensed, and dispensing dates.
• Be available for consultation regarding Montana pharmacy compliance matters as needed.
• Complete paperwork as needed to comply with Montana requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Mississippi. Not required to hold a Montana pharmacy license.
• Experience with mail order or pharmacy regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to serve as PIC under a contractual business arrangement.
