Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate relocation workstreams involving facilities, office fit-out, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, security, access control, furniture, logistics, and employee moves.
  • Manage local and regional stakeholders, including business leaders, corporate functions, landlords, building management, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee vendor selection, tendering, commercial negotiations, delivery schedules, and service quality.
  • Conduct site assessments and readiness reviews before relocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, delays, and changes, escalating critical matters when necessary.
  • Develop communication plans, contingency arrangements, and business continuity measures to minimise operational disruption.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover documentation, defect resolution, and post-relocation support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, building requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable local regulations.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and conduct post-project review.

  • Excellent planning, organisation, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project governance, documentation, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese , including Cantonese and Mandarin .
  • Willingness to support relocation or cutover activities outside normal business hours when required.
