CONTRACT PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES – LICENSED ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS

AECC Group is expanding its professional design team and is seeking highly qualified, licensed professionals to support upcoming contract-project assignments in the Washington, DC area.

We are currently seeking experienced professionals in the following disciplines:

Positions Available

1. Project Architect

• Active professional architectural license required; DC license preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience in architectural design, documentation, permitting, and project coordination
• Behavioral health, healthcare, institutional, or commercial experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams

2. Structural Engineer

• Active PE license required; DC PE preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong structural design and engineering experience
• Experience with renovation, assessment, permitting, and code compliance
• Ability to independently review and produce engineering documentation

3. Mechanical Engineer

• Active PE license required; DC PE preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong HVAC design and engineering experience
• Experience with mechanical systems, load calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance
• Healthcare or institutional experience preferred

4. Electrical Engineer

• Active PE license required; DC PE preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience in power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and life-safety coordination
• Knowledge of applicable codes and permitting requirements
• Experience coordinating electrical systems within multidisciplinary teams

5. Plumbing Engineer

• Active PE license required; DC PE preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong commercial, institutional, or healthcare plumbing design experience
• Experience with plumbing systems, code compliance, and permitting
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architectural and MEP disciplines

• Current professional license/registration
• Confirmation of DC licensure, where applicable
• Availability and anticipated capacity
• Discipline and scope of services offered
