Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance. This person will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, find qualified candidates, and keep the hiring process moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions, qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Manage multiple openings while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support offer discussions, reference checks, and onboarding coordination as needed.
• Build relationships with candidates for current and future openings.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in a fast paced setting.
• Experience managing multiple searches and sourcing candidates proactively.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
