Contract Position

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales requisitions and deliver full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruiting for entry-level sales positions
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, sourcing strategy, and interview plans
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, career events, and talent communities
• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Partner with TA coordinators throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline activity
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience partnering with hiring managers
• Knowledge of ATS and MS Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding compliance
• Sales or entry-level recruiting experience is highly preferred
