Contract Recruiter

TriHealth is a leading integrated healthcare system based in Cincinnati, Ohio, committed to improving the health of the people we serve. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs across nursing, allied health, and corporate health roles.

Candidates must reside in the greater Cincinnati area.

This is a hybrid role with required in-office days on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Position Summary

As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting in the healthcare industry (nursing, allied health, or corporate health)
• High level of proficiency with sourcing strategies and sourcing platforms
• Experience with Oracle or similar ATS preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a full-time workload remotely
• Must reside in or near the Greater Cincinnati area
