Contract Recruiter

Responsibilities Kforce has a client Fairfax, VA that is seeking a Contract Recruiter. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high volume hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This individual will manage the full cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance
• Handle a requisition load of approximately 10 to 20 open positions at one time
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business objectives
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Present qualified candidates and provide market feedback to hiring managers
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely feedback process
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience supporting corporate, professional, finance and accounting, technology, operations, or other business functions
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG, Taleo, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting hiring demands
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship building skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
