Schedule: Ideally onsite 5 days/week

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Pay Rate: Around $30/hr., depending on experience

Position Overview

Client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting activities. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who can work closely with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage th e full-cycle recruiting process from job intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conducts initial candidate screens.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates to HR and hiring managers.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the applicant tracking system.
• Help support multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruiting.
• Experience sourcing candidates for multiple types of positions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with HR and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment .
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting tools.

For an exceptional candidate who demonstrates strong performance and has proven experience working remotely, there may be an opportunity to work 1–2 days remotely after the first few weeks .
