Description Hybrid 3 days a week in Richmond, VA

Our client seeks a Recruiter focused on technology recruiting. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, manage full lifecycle internal mobility processes, and deliver a consistent candidate experience for internal-only roles. The role requires corporate recruiting experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $42.00 to $52.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business and group leaders, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs across technology lines of business.
• Manage the full lifecycle internal mobility recruiting process, including reviewing position descriptions, screening internal candidates, advising business partners on process, and negotiating job offers.
• Own candidate management, ensuring process quality and timely engagement through offer extension and closing.
• Collaborate across a team of internal mobility recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to hiring managers, leadership, and HR partners.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting.
• Corporate technical recruiting experience supporting internal mobility and white glove engagement.
• Preferred: PHR certification.
• Preferred: 4+ years of corporate technical recruiting across full lifecycle, research, and sourcing.
• Preferred: 2+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously while developing strong partnerships.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
• Experience with compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
