Compensation: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, based on experience

About the role

We are looking for an RPA Developer for a 3-month contract to build and support automations for healthcare revenue cycle workflows. The work will focus on retrieving claim status and related information from payer portals, organizing the results, and updating internal tracking systems.

Responsibilities

* Build, test, and maintain automations for payer and insurance portals.

* Automate claim status checks, claim detail retrieval, and work queue updates.

* Develop browser automations that can handle changing page layouts and common errors.

* Add logs, screenshots, retries, and exception handling so staff can review failed tasks.

* Work with operations staff to document workflows and identify steps that need human review.

* Follow secure practices when handling portal credentials and healthcare information.

* Maintain automation documentation and support workflows affected by portal changes.

Required skills

* 2–4 years of hands-on RPA development experience.

* Experience with UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, or a similar RPA platform.

* Practical experience with browser automation using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.

* Working knowledge of Python, C#, or another scripting language.

* Familiarity with SQL, Excel, APIs, and structured data handling.

* Strong troubleshooting skills for dynamic web pages and failed automation runs.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work with operations teams.

Preferred experience

* Healthcare, medical billing, claims, or revenue cycle management experience.

* Experience with US insurance or payer portals.

* Experience designing automations with human review for MFA, exceptions, and sensitive actions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
