Contract - Senior Change Manager

The Change Manager provides single‑point accountability for national customer readiness, while also leading end‑to‑end customer change delivery for a key external stakeholder.

This Change Manager will ensure national customer change approaches are
consistent, evidence‑based, scalable, and effectively translated into
successful execution.

You will bring a strong customer lens, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex public‑sector and multi‑agency environments.

This is a strategic and execution‑focused role, suited to someone
experienced in shaping national approaches while remaining closely
connected to real customer experiences through testing, validation, and local
delivery.

Essential Experience & Capability

• Proven experience leading significant, complex change across multiple stakeholders, from senior leaders through to frontline staff and customers.
• Demonstrated delivery of change in large, complex programmes—not purely advisory or theoretical roles.
• Evidence of personally leading and owning change outcomes as an individual contributor.
• Experience operating as a Senior or Lead Change Manager will be needed
• Strong influencing skills in high complexity, cross organisational environments.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity, show initiative, and “lean in” to get things done.
