Pay: $ 19.00 per hr

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday

Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Job Duties:

• Supervise, train, direct and assist Goodwill Employees
• Comply with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and enforce laws and regulations
• Prepare and coordinate cleaning schedules to meet contracts operational needs
• Ensure all janitorial supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely manner
• Maintain regular customer communication and respond to concerns and service requests
• Maintain accurate records, log notes, employee files, reports and correspondence as required
• Fill in during staff absences to ensure all cleaning requirements are met
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial experience, with at least 1 yr supervisory or team lead role
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency in scheduling, reporting and communication tasks
• Have a valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record (Will be driving company car)
• Work outside in inclement weather
• Stand, climb stairs, and walk long distances for 2 hours
• Bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach, lift 35 pounds. Weight requirement of 50 pounds if performing floor work
• Must be able to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
