Contract Technical Assistant

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent, with minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in building maintenance.

• Having passed at least 5 subjects (including English and Chinese) in the HKCEE/ HKDSE.

• Previous experience in HKHA maintenance projects is highly preferred.

• Able to perform the duties of drafting sketches, site measurement, take off, checking cost estimates, data entry, prepare and update programme and database, handling public enquiries/ complaints, resolving technical issues, and other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in computer applications, including AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, word processing in both Chinese and English, spreadsheet and email.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Highly self-motivated and independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Work as Public Relation Officer to assist In-flat Inspection Ambassadors in handling enquires, appointments and complaints from tenants and entering data in HA’s computer systems when required.
