Contract Technical Recruiter

Position: Contract Technical Recruiter (Finance, Technology & Legal)

Location: Financial District, NYC (Hybrid – in-office Monday, Thursday, and Friday)

Duration: Contract with potential for conversion based on performance

This is a 40 hour a week role paying $30 dollars an hour

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for roles across finance, technology, and legal functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on making high-volume outreach and connections.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive phone outreach to candidates daily to drive recruiting activity.
• Source and screen candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as JobDiva or Bullhorn .
• Utilize job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified talent.
• Review and evaluate resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and activity notes in the ATS.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and alignment on hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates to coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience , preferably in technical or professional staffing .
• Prior exposure to ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar systems.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards .
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented , organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Thursday, Friday).

• Contract with potential for permanent hire based on production and performance
