An established technology services firm is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across IT infrastructure, technical support, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on opportunity for a resourceful recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, partnering directly with hiring managers, and owning searches from intake through offer.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience, sound screening judgment, and the ability to keep multiple searches moving with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical positions, with additional business roles as needed.
• Recruit for positions including Service Desk Analysts, Field Services Engineers, Infrastructure and Network Engineers, Implementation Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, establish priorities, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for relevant technical experience, communication skills, professionalism, and interest in the opportunity.
• Manage interview processes, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support offer discussions and candidate closing while providing a professional, responsive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and provide clear updates on pipeline activity, search progress, and hiring challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly across IT infrastructure, support, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Experience recruiting for a managed services provider, IT services company, or technical staffing agency preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage qualified candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Familiarity with technical skill sets and terminology sufficient to conduct informed initial screens.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with confidence partnering directly with hiring managers.
• A proactive, accountable approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
