Contract Video Editor

About us
Gravity.Video is a media production company that approaches clients as long-term partners, not one-off jobs. Our specialty brand, Gravity Dental Videos, makes video and photo content for dental practices, DSOs and dental agencies. We're growing our bench of video editors to keep up with demand.

What you'll do

• You would work primarily with our Creative Director who would provide you with the direction and assets needed to execute the post-production on our projects.
• Edit footage from our shoots into finished pieces: practice overviews, patient testimonials, service explainers, team/culture videos, and more.
• Work from our brand guidelines and project briefs so work stays consistent across multi-location clients, and maintaining our quality and storytelling standards.
• Handle color correction, audio cleanup, minor motion graphics, as needed
• Deliver drafts in a timely fashion with predictable turnaround times

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that shows strong storytelling and pacing, especially with interview/testimonial footage
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro
• Reliable with deadlines and clear about your availability
• Discretion with client material. Our footage is shot in working healthcare settings and may include patients.
• Healthcare, dental or medical content experience is a plus but not required

Please submit a portfolio of your work, with at least several projects that show handling of narrative-driven interview videos (not just social media talking head videos).
