Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for accommodation suppliers.
2. Negotiate optimal contracting conditions and manage contract renewals.
3. Expand our portfolio by acquiring new suppliers.
4. Drive campaigns and improve allotment availability for maximum results.
5. Ensure hotel content is always up to date.
6. Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
7. Conduct monthly performance reviews with accommodation partners.
8. Compare rates and stay ahead of the competition.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Location: Based in Penang
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
7. Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant computer applications.
8. Strong cultural awareness and knowledge.
