Contracting Manager (F/M/N)

JJP Biologics is a European biopharma company dedicated to developing solutions for rare and ultra-rare diseases. We are looking for a Contract Manager to support our growing clinical research activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, and execute clinical and scientific contracts.
• Support agreements with hospitals, investigators, research institutes, vendors, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Handle NDAs, MSAs, site agreements, and research collaborations.
• Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor contract timelines and drive agreements to timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Legal background (qualified lawyer, legal counsel, attorney-at-law, or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research environments.
• Experience negotiating and managing clinical or scientific contracts.
• Understanding of clinical development and research operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
