• 立项申请：协助专业教育经理、对接合规及财务部门完成立项审批。
• 采购与付款：完成合作机构/供应商/个人协议签署，跟进财务付款及发票核销。
• 结算关会：审核分析项目费用明细，与外部相关机构沟通协作，整理提交结算材料并归档。
• 项目进度追踪管理：确保付款节点及材料符合公司合规及财务政策。
• 跟进合作机构尽职调查有效期，提前启动续期流程，更新资质文件。 2. 预算管理：
• 协助部门负责人精细化编制年度预算。
• 跟进预算执行进度，定期与财务部门核对费用，预警超支风险。 3. 物料管理
• 管理品牌宣传物料的采购、分发及库存。 任职要求：
• 项目流程管理能力：有项目管理经验优先，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效推进项目流程。 2. 财务与数据分析技能：具备基本财务知识和数据分析能力，能够处理项目费用和预算相关数据。 熟练使用办公软件尤其是excel（掌握xlookup, 数据透视，基本公式），能利用编程实现办公自动化Plus（VBA，Python等） 3. 合规意识：具备较强的合规意识，能够严格遵守公司合规及财务政策规定。 4. 学习与适应能力：具备较强的学习能力，能够快速适应公司业务和流程，注重细节，责任心强。 工作、教育背景 工作经历不限，应届生或1年左右工作经验，本科及以上学历，财会、理工科背景优先。
