Contractor Coordination & Work Order Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate responsible for coordinating with contractors, obtaining quotations, preparing work orders, and ensuring timely execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for quotations, rates, and work requirements.
• Prepare and issue work orders as per approved quotations and project requirements.
• Follow up with contractors for work progress, timelines, and completion.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams for work allocation and execution.
• Maintain records of work orders, quotations, contractor details, and approvals.
• Verify work order details, scope of work, quantities, rates, and terms before processing.
• Follow up on pending work orders, bills, and contractor documentation.

Required Skills

• Experience in contractor coordination, work order preparation, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of BOQs, quotations, rates, and basic commercial documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
