What they need

Williamstown and Hawthorn East | Flexible Hours | Competitive Subcontractor Rate - Immediate Start

Are you working as a contractor or thinking about becoming one?

Victoria People Solutions (VPS) is welcoming experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team as subcontractors across our Williamstown and Hawthorn East locations. If you're looking for flexibility, the support of a well-run practice, and freedom from NDIS compliance burden - this is the opportunity for you.

This role is a great fit for clinicians who want to build or grow a private practice caseload with the backing and safety net of an established and trusted NDIS provider.

What VPS can offer you:

  • Independence and Flexibility - set your own schedule and shape your caseload to suit your skills
  • Full admin support- we manage client sourcing, invoicing, waitlists and the ever-increasing NDIS compliance burdens and administration
  • Diverse work- support some of our most vulnerable citizens through assessment, individual therapy and liaison with multidisciplinary teams
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment with cross-referral opportunities

About the Role

Victoria People Solutions understand that plans often change and because of this, we always aim to be flexible in our service delivery, while providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to NDIS participants across the life- span. This role will also include clients from a range of schools who have secured DI funding. We believe it is important to understand our community’s wants and needs, and work closely with families, carers and support staff to develop meaningful goals, and actively respond to feedback. The individuals we work with are at the centre of every business decision we make.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current AHPRA, or equivalent registration
  • Experience working in the disability sector, across all age ranges
  • Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
  • Current compliance checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screen etc.)
